PAYMENT TERMS:  THE CARD USED TO REGISTER WILL BE CHARGED AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION! Payment Options: Check (Available for attendees at the event only. Please let the auctioneer know when you pick up your bidding paddle at check-in if you plan to pay by check.) Credit Card  A 3% (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) or 4% (AMEX) processing fee will be added to credit card purchases. Lucky L reserves the right to disqualify any bidder whose credit card is denied for any fee charged during the auction. A $50.00 per day Late Payment Fee will be charged on any outstanding balance unless acceptable arrangements are made with Lucky L. All buyers receive notification immediately upon purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all announcements made by the auctioneer take precedence over the Services, text messages, and emails to buyers. A text or email does not finalize a purchase. Buyers acknowledge their purchases may be overridden by the sale management and/or auctioneer.   NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THESE PAYMENT TERMS.
