Tally Ho Created by: Susana Weber Made possible by support from: Charlottesville Aquatics Ready, set, Tally Ho! This Labrador brings the excitement and tradition of Virginia steeplechase racing to life in a truly unforgettable piece of art. Artist Susana Weber has transformed this life-sized Lab into a celebration of Virginia’s horse country. A glossy red jockey’s helmet sits atop the dog’s head, complete with chin strap, while the body becomes a sweeping steeplechase scene filled with horses and riders in colorful racing silks charging across the Virginia countryside. A checkered flag pattern on the tail completes the racing-inspired design. Whether you’re a Foxfield regular, a horse lover, or simply looking for a showstopping piece of art, Tally Ho is made to be noticed. It’s the kind of statue that brings personality to a lawn, stable, home, or business—and gives you something new to discover every time you walk around it.
