Donated by: Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards What's Included Six bottles of Pippin Hill wine, thoughtfully selected to pair with different courses throughout your meal: 1. Sparkling Blanc de Blanc – Appetizer This dry, sparkling Chardonnay offers bright notes of pear, green apple, lemon zest, and almond. Its lively acidity and fine bubbles pair beautifully with oysters, shellfish, crab cakes, or quiche. 2. Hillside White – Second Course A balanced blend of Chardonnay, Viognier, Petit Manseng, and Riesling, with notes of golden pear, baked apple, almond, browned butter, and lemon zest. Enjoy alongside roast chicken, a cheese board, or creamy pasta. 3. Cabernet Franc – Third Course A Virginia favorite featuring aromas of cocoa, tobacco, and violet, with flavors of cranberry, Kalamata olive, and fresh lemon thyme. Its light- to medium-bodied structure makes it a versatile companion to grilled meats and other savory dishes. 4. Le Cirque 2021 – Main Course This Bordeaux-style blend unfolds with layers of cherry, blackberry, eucalyptus, warm spice, vanilla, and espresso. With its medium-plus tannins and polished structure, it pairs beautifully with burgers, tomato-based pasta, lamb, eggplant, or hearty vegetarian dishes. 5. Bundoran Blue 2019 – Cheese or Hearty Course A rich and expressive red blend of Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot, offering notes of plum, blueberry, white pepper, and earthy mushroom. Pair it with aged cheeses, mushrooms, lamb, roasted pork, barbecue beef, or other hearty fare. 6. 2025 Reserve Rosé – Final Course This refreshing, bone-dry rosé made from 100% Petit Verdot features delicate notes of pomegranate, pink grapefruit, watermelon rind, and cherry. Its vibrant acidity makes it a lovely finish alongside berries and cream, lemon tart, Key lime pie, or orange panna cotta.
