All persons bidding or otherwise attending auction (“Bidders”) acknowledge the following Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the terms “Auctioneer,” “we,” “us,” "Lucky L" / GAS Llc and “our” will refer to the Auctioneer and its Associates, and the terms “you” and “your” will refer to the Bidder. FORMAT: Live Auction and ONLINE BIDDING AUCTION PLATFORMS: Lucky L Enterprises.com and Live SALE DAY LIVE BIDDING BEGINS:  When the Auction Starts Approx 5:00 pm est. Please note that bidders must Register with their full name, email, phone number, address and Debit/Credit Card.  Online bidders may leave pre-bids and/or participate in real-time.   ONLINE BIDDING BEGINS:  All bidders must register prior to placing bids. Bids may be placed online and will be represented during the Live Auction. You are encouraged to use the Pre Bid and Max Bid feature which represents your high bid. Absentee and Live Telephone bids are available prior to the start of the auction.                         Contact Gee Auction Services- Philip Gee (704) 477-5500 LOCATION OF ITEMS: All items will be located at the Fundraiser Event, any ONLINE Buyers should make arrangements for pickup or delivery before bidding! BUYERS ARE responsible for any shipping or transport fees. PREVIEW & INSPECTION: Onsite once the event begins BID SUBMITTAL:  Lucky L/ GAS Llc is not responsible for a bidder’s inability to place any bid, by internet, phone, absentee or otherwise for any auction/sale for any reason. DO NOT bid unless you are able and intend to pay for the lot and take delivery as noted in the consignment. If you are the highest bidder and do not pay for the lot and/or make arrangements for delivery as noted by the consignor, your privilege, to bid, or buy lots on Lucky L will be suspended as determined by Lucky L, and you may be liable for damages to the consignor. Once you bid, you cannot withdraw your bid. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL. Some Items may be sold with reserve, we reserve the right to bid on behalf of the seller on these items to meet said price. In the event of technology issues with Internet sales, the Auctioneer reserves the right to reopen or extend Internet bidding as it deems necessary and appropriate.  If you make a bid by mistake, such as a typo or otherwise, you must notify Lucky L immediately by phone/text at 434-509-8530  or 434-382-7491 so mistakes can be corrected while the auction is ongoing. If you are unable to reach Lucky L, immediately contact the consignor to notify him/her of the mistake. The failure to promptly contact Lucky L and/or the consignor may result in your consigning/bidding privileges on Lucky L to be permanently revoked.  In the event a bidder loses internet connection, immediately call  Ryan Badillo 703-300-6929   PAYMENT TERMS:  PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION. Payment Options: Cash  Credit Card ($5,000.00 limit) A 3% (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) or 4% (AMEX) processing fee will be added to credit card purchases. 6.75% NC/CLEVELAND COUNYTY SALES TAX WILL BE ADDED TO ALL PURCHASES Lucky L reserves the right to disqualify any bidder whose credit card is denied for any fee charged during the auction. A $50.00 per day Late Payment Fee will be charged on any outstanding balance unless acceptable arrangements are made with Lucky L. All buyers receive notification immediately upon purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all announcements made by the auctioneer take precedence over the Services, text messages, and emails to buyers. A text or email does not finalize a purchase. Buyers acknowledge their purchases may be overridden by the sale management and/or auctioneer.   NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THESE PAYMENT TERMS.   WIRE TRANSFER:  First National Bank 622 Broad St. Altavista, VA 24517 ; Account # 4187261; Routing # 051403041;  Account Name - Lucky L Enterprises LLC  For all Domestic and International Wire Transfers, please confirm with your banking institution any transaction fees that may need to be allowed for and confirm that the correct amount is being wired. All wire fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.   No Direct Deposits in person at the Bank to our account will be accepted.  No items will be released until receipt of wire transfer has been verified.    REMOVAL:     Immediately at the conclusion of the event, unless prior arrangements are made with Gee Auction Services   PHOTOGRAPHS AND DESCRIPTIONS:   The Auction Managers regularly post item descriptions and photographs to aid bidders in the bidding process, and will make every effort to ensure that the descriptions and photographs that we post accurately represent the items being offered for sale.  However it is the Buyers responsibility to fully inspect and determine the condition, age, and any details pertaining to items prior to bidding!  Lucky L and its associates will make every effort to ensure that the descriptions and photographs that we post accurately represent the items being offered for sale. In some photographs, multiple items may appear to be joined as a single unit, however you should not assume that a lot consists of more than one item simply because various items appear connected or are featured in the same photograph. Also understand that, on occasion, the wrong photograph may be displayed for a given item. At all times, you are bidding on items as they are described, not as they appear in any photograph.  Lucky L does not make any representation or guarantees concerning any lot offered for sale, including but not limited to, the health of the lot, the soundness of the lot, the pedigree of the lot, the breeding ability of the lot, the age of the lot, the pregnancy status of the lot, the quality of the semen/embryos, the bucking ability of the lot, or any other representations of the seller and/or the representations of the buyer. THE AUCTIONEER FURTHER DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LIENS OR ENCUMBRANCES THAT MAY ATTACH TO OR BE ASSOCIATED WITH ANY LOTS OR ITEMS. ANY SUCH LIENS AND ENCUMBRANCES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER TO INVESTIGATE,  ANY AND ALL LIENS WILL BE SETTLED BY THE SELLER TO RELEASE CLEAN AND CLEAR TITLES ALL SALES FINAL:  IT IS BELIEVED THAT ALL DESCRIPTIONS ARE ACCURATE, BUT DESCRIPTIONS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.  ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD “AS IS”, “WHERE IS”, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  ALL ANNOUNCMENTS ON SALE DAY TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER ANY PRINTED MATERIALS!
